Recruiting Manager
Gennadiy grew up in the former Soviet Union and was actively involved in
several different sports including soccer, swimming, gymnastics, fencing,
basketball, martial art of sambo, and volleyball, which was introduced to
him by his father, a volleyball player himself. After moving to the United
States with his family at the age of 16, he continued playing volleyball in
high school, winning many individual awards, including LA All-City, and
Conference MVP. Gennadiy attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, where he
was on the volleyball team for 2 years, graduating in 2001 with the degree
in International Business.
While in college, Gennadiy had a chance to spend a summer abroad, living in
Heidelberg, Germany, and traveling to many European countries. After
college Gennadiy began his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he rose
from a Management Trainee to a Branch Manager within 2 years. Gennadiy left
Enterprise Rent-A-Car after 4 years, and took a year sabbatical to travel
overseas and see new places, spending extended time in Indonesia and
Australia.
Gennadiy was introduced to the world of recruiting by his good friend, also
a recruiter, and hasn't looked back since. He found it to be a perfect
blend of human interaction and a challenge to find the right match for each
position. Gennadiy enjoys keeping current on the latest technological
news, and contributing to companies' success by helping them find top
talent. Gennadiy has been with XCREEK since January 2007.

When not working, Gennadiy continues to stay active by playing volleyball,
basketball and boxing, as well as enjoying outdoor sports like snowboarding
and golf.
