Retained process:

  • Needs assessment: In-depth meeting with the existing management team covering the nature of the position and how it fits into the client's organization. We'll assemble a candidate profile taking several factors into account including issues like experience, personality, and commitment to building a successful team. Every company has it's own set of nuances and this step is essential to finding a candidate that will be a long-term A-player in the organization.
  • Identification of current direct competition, related technology companies, and future market trends that may impact the client and in turn the list of potential candidates.
  • Comprehensive selection of potential candidates and graded fits based on the factors determined by the meeting with the client.
  • Search process including phone and in person interviews, extensive reference checks, and background investigations when requested.
  • Submission to company. Prescreened and qualified candidate prepared for a smooth entry into the client organization. Expectations regarding responsibilities, potential growth within the company and cultural factors all are taken care of in advance.
  • Revision of interviewed candidates and assistance in the selection process including follow-up interviews, additional references covering specific issues related to the individuals capabilities, and a reevaluation of the position.
  • Negotiation of compensation package and other considerations.

Contingency Search:

Our contingency search process is basically a scaled back version of the same proven methods used in our retained search process.

  • We obtain a detailed view of the hiring needs and company culture.
  • We assemble a potential list of candidates that are available and/or have an ongoing interest in furthering their career.
  • Search process including recruiting, interviewing, checking references.
  • Submission to company for their interview and revision of candidates.
  • Negotiation of compensation package.

Recruiting package:

Cross Creek Systems provides a unique outsourced service to our clients in a Customizable and Configurable Recruiting Package. We provide a streamlined Recruiting Infrastructure that allows you to build your team and get product to market as quickly as possible while reducing your overhead and eliminating your headaches.

  • The service starts with a needs assessment meeting. This will allow us to derive the level of assistance that you will need on individual positions. We assemble an organizational chart and investigate per position, the methods by which each will be filled. Some will be in need of direct recruited candidates while others will be located by the existing management, word of mouth or by postings on the companies or our website.
  • Our Recruiting Infrastructure is then set in place. We provide a project coordinator that will manage the recruiting process from start to finish. This includes filtering resumes from postings, referrals and/or websites to the individual hiring manager, coordinating interviews, negotiation of compensation packages and distribution of hiring materials.
